Homemakers & Nurses Services
The City offers a Homemakers and Nurses Services program for low-income seniors. It includes light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and meal preparation.

Paramedic Clinics in Select Toronto Community Housing Buildings
The Community Paramedic Led Clinics (CPLC) take place in five Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) buildings in Scarborough and West Etobicoke areas. These wellness clinics provide weekly physical and mental health monitoring and works to connect residents of the building in need of services with local health care teams and agencies.
Community-Based Services
There are many services available to help seniors access food and essentials, get health and personal care in their homes, get mental health supports, and more. Call 211 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or the Toronto Seniors Helpline (416-217-2077) to be referred to the right supports for you.
Supportive Housing Services
The Supportive Housing Services program is a community-based service promoting independent living to eligible residents in designated buildings. The program offers the stability and safety of intermittent 24-hour support and an on-site Registered Practical Nurse.
